Warranties

Due to the complicated situation of the Covid 19 epidemic on a global scale, it has caused delays in the supply of replacement parts. Therefore, the repair time may be slower than expected and depends on the case.
Our company is currently trying very hard to support customers and return the device to you as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize if this delay causes you inconvenience.

Warranty period

The warranty periog from 12 months to 24 months depending on the product and each case.
The Warranty Period will commence from the date of original purchase. Proof of original purchase should be provided, such as an invoice or receipt.
If proof of original purchase cannot be provided, the Warranty Period will commence from the date of manufacture.
The time to return warranty products is from 15 to 90 days or earlier depending on the product case.

Battery maintenance

All batteries supplied by the company should be charged immediately after discharge. Batteries left in a discharged state for a certain period of time may be at risk of permanent damage. Batteries need to be recharged every three (3) to six (6) months during storage before use.

Exceptions

The Warranty does not apply to any failure or damage caused by: accident, fire, flood, lightning, vandalism, natural disaster, negligent conduct, abuse or improper use way or cause; improper transportation, storage, installation, application, operation or maintenance.

The Warranty does not cover system batteries, batteries and all other peripheral products and accessories that are not supplied by our company (including components and software) or installed or operated by our company. , service or service such accessories.

The Warranty does not reimburse labor, grant access, remove access, installation, temporary electrical power or any other costs that may be incurred in connection to repair or replace the product in any way.

The Warranty does not apply to accessories included with the Product, including but not limited to cables, manuals, CDs.

The Warranty does not apply to Products that have been lost, deleted, modified, replaced or tampered with the serial number affixed to the Product.

The Warranty will be invalidated if the product is installed and/or used in unsuitable environments, including, without limitation, damage caused by liquids, hot/cold conditions and/or thermal fluctuations beyond design limits, exposure to direct sunlight or halogen lamps. Installation of the Product in the environment Non-conformity will void the entire Warranty.

The Warranty is valid only in the country in which the Product was originally purchased, unless otherwise stated.
